  3. The iPad of course will be slower in landscape if you use your thumbs like it was a phone. It's designed to be used like a normal keyboard. I can type nearly as fast on mine as I can on my desktop.

  7. you can download a "thumb keyboard" which is a split keyboard so that your thumbs can easily reach all keys on a 10". Number/symbol keys fill the middle.

  8. Nice looking. Their tabs are known to handle graphics very well. The 8" bench marked higher graphically than many of the earlier dual core units. Given their tendency to offer quality at reasonable prices, I don't expect this to price higher that the $200-300 range (closer to $300 prob). It looked a little sluggish when changing orientation still though. However, Honeycomb is known to be a little bloated in terms of those functions compared to Ice Cream Sandwich.

  17. The IR blaster is a kewl idea. You can probably set this thing up to be a real remote with your tv, stereo, DVD, Blueray etc without WIFI internet apps. I like the speakers too.. Looks kewl, I want one.

  21. Just hope that Apple doesn't sue them for the glossy black bezel square design.

  22. Not to argue with the Vizio rep but from what I can tell, there's only two speakers...the "top" becomes the "left" when you re-orient... That aside, it does look quite nice. Glad to see some real quality Android tablets start to enter the market:)
