    Never mind i got it to work. The battery they gave me was dead so i put a new one in and it worked.

    You sure pick right version for your computer OS? You might brought 64bit version tablet by accident.

    I just got mines today but when i install everything it doesn't work.

    I run window 7 32bit...when you put the cd in it says 64bit driver download...any help?? is there a driver online i can download for it for 32bit???
