Hey everyone. So this video hopefully will once and for all answer the question I get asked the most which is... "Which tablet should I buy?" Now I'll be able to direct people to this vid. I did a picture too... You can see the finished version at sycra.deviantart.com . I'd also like to suggest for people that are new to Graphic tablets, that there's some really cheap ones you can get on Amazon (or Ebay.. etc.) that are around 30 pound, and they are really useful to see if you like Graphic tablets and if you'd want to put more money into getting a better one! Great video by the way, very useful indeed!
ReplyDelete*Sighs* I'd love to be able to afford a a Cintqi T____T
ReplyDeleteDepends, what kind of abuse has it been through? and by abuse I just mean how much has it been used, under what conditions, etc, etc.
ReplyDeleteI've had my Bamboo Pen and Touch Small for about three years now and its still running as fine as the day I brought it, though I notice it does have some scratches across the drawing surface and I probably need to buy a new set of nibs soon >>
But yeah it really depends how much use you put it through and such
It really depends on how well you take care of it. 4 years from what I've heard is normal for bamboos. Intuos tablets last indefinitely really, if you take really good care of them.
ReplyDeleteI hope not, had mine going on 4 now and it still works.
ReplyDeletewhat is the average life span of a tablet? i have had a bamboo for 4 years and now it is dead, is this normal?
ReplyDeletejust do lose sketching. you have to get used to drawing/painting using it.don't be to hard on yourself. just scribble away. If you have skills in traditional mediums to will transfer when you get skills in using the tablet as most illustration skill is actually knowledge of the world.
ReplyDeleteOkay, hanks a bunches!!!!!( Again!!. )
ReplyDelete- Muffin Button
i have this table but hard to drawing because i'm trying for good line ... :/ plz help me
ReplyDeletefrom what ive seen alot of drawing programs come in a solid copy rather than just downloads from the internet. i think its so that if something went wrong with your computer, you wouldn't have to re-buy and download the program.
ReplyDeleteYay! Sorry i'm just nervous about getting my first tablet but I've already oredered so everything's O.K!!!
ReplyDeleteBut one more question:
Why do some anime drawing programs come in a box?
yes
ReplyDeleteMine is touch sensitive and tbh i don't use the touch at all xD And most of the time I turn it off.
ReplyDeleteWhy couldn't u?
ReplyDeletei like these quick q and a videos :)
ReplyDeleteThank you very much. Great tips coming from experience. Great job and Great drawing
ReplyDeleteSo what is the tablet name?.
ReplyDeleteI've heard so many people say it takes a while to get used to tablets, but it only took me 5-10 minutes :P
ReplyDeletei have a intuos 5 and i love it. its easy to use. i did have to get use to it but like u said it took about 1-2 weeks to get use to but now that i did its easier
ReplyDeleteHad my intuos3 for almost a decade. I still love it and it works great!
