Due to Tablet PC have been selling well in 2011, a lot of news broke everyday. In April the sales of Tablet PC will end up on top, at the beginning of April, many manufacturers have started to get to manufacture. All manufacturers seem to have successfully been out of shadow from the iPad2, then let us take look at what happen recently.
According to sources, the Tencent will enter into business with ASUS as provider of service, which will focus on the content that the latest ASUS Tablet PC operating system introduces QQ.
These two companies will join hands in developing top product. It is reported that this cooperation has entered research and development stage, which means that new products will come soon.
In compliance with Tencent`s independent innovation capacity. It is difficult to provide its own operating system. Although the wide range of tablet PC models, the OS system is poor. But ASUS EeePad and Tencent will give birth to what is really difficult to predict. Ah!!
Sales of tablets are seen soaring in the coming years, while at the same time prices are expected to drop, research firm Gartner reported Thursday, as cited by ComputerWorld.
Gartner reported 17.6 million tablets of all kinds were sold last year, at an average price of $ 543, with the sales expected to rise to 69.5 million this year as average prices drop to $ 423.
The average price is predicted to drop to $ 300 in 2013 and $ 263 in 2015, when the consultant expects that nearly 295 million tablets will be sold.

ReplyDeleteHow can you not mention the best tablet that was on the market at that time? The ASUS Eee Pad Transformer. And now the Transformer Prime with it's super slim design, aluminum construction, and quad-core processor is taking over the market. Just try to find one.

ReplyDeleteHP Touchpad? Unless I've missed something, that's still discontinued. They sold all new ones way back in the year for $99 after stopping hardware development for WebOS. After a quick Google it seems they did the same with refurbished models a few days ago selling to HP employees first before putting the rest on eBay.
ReplyDeleteBasically, you can't buy a brand new HP Touchpad anywhere and even if you managed to find a used or refurbished one you won't be getting any updates for it.

ReplyDeleteand there are 2 specs here in my country, first the cheaper one says WIFI connect and the higher price one says 3G. does this means if you take the WIFI one you cant connect the internet thru sim card??
